摘要
分析了墙体材料的发展现状。针对墙体材料存在的问题,通过改变构造复杂的外墙保温体系,开发了外墙承重-自保温-装饰一体化体系。采用高效能混凝土用于多层砌体及别墅结构的圈梁、构造柱和砌体,可节省外墙保温的施工成本,消除冷桥处理的难题,其保温效果能满足JGJ 134—2010《夏热冬冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准》。
Based on development status analysis and problems of wall materials, the present paper changes the complex structure of wall thermal insulation system, then it explores and uses outer wall bearing - self - insulation - decoration system. The present thesis proposes that high - effect concrete can be used for multilayer brickwork and ring beam, constructional column and brickwork of villa structure, which saves the insulation construction costs and eliminate the problem of thermal bridges, and the insulation effect can meet the standard of JGJ 134 - 2010 Hot Summer - Winter Cold Districts Architectural Design Standards.
