腹腔镜造口旁疝补片修补的临床应用

Clinical application of laparoscopic mesh repair in parastomal hernia

目的探讨腹腔镜下应用腹膜内补片修补造口旁疝的可行性、安全性及手术操作要点。方法选择2009年1月～2010年5月12例造口旁疝患者,其中男性7例,女性5例;年龄43～80岁,平均年龄62岁。对其进行腹腔镜下腹膜内补片修补术。结果12例腹腔镜下修补成功,手术时间50～120 min,平均手术时间82 min。术后住院时间2～8 d,平均住院时间5.1 d,术后随访1～15个月,未见复发及远期并发症。结论腹腔镜造口旁疝修补术是安全可行的,早期临床疗效理想。

Objective To discuss the probability, security and operating points of laparoscopic mesh repair in parastomal hernia. Methods A total of 12 patients of laparoscopic parastomal hernia from January 2009 to May 2010 were enrolled, male 7, female 5, aged 43 - 80 years old, mean age 62 years old. All of them were performed laparoscopic repair of abdominal membrane patch. Results The 12 cases were performed successfully by laparoscopy,the operation time was 50 - 120 minutes, mean operation time was 82 minutes. The stay of hospitalization was 2 - 8 days, mean time was 5.1-day. Patients were followed up 1 - 15 months, no recurrence and long-term complications were found. Conclusion It is demonstrated that laparoscopic mesh repair in parastomal hernia is safe and feasible, which could achieve early ideal clinical outcome.
