去脂降酶方治疗脂肪肝25例

Fatty Liver with Qu Zhi Jiang Mei Decoction

目的探讨中药去脂降酶方治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法 50例脂肪肝患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各25例。对照组采用甘利欣胶囊口服治疗,治疗组予口服自拟去脂降酶方治疗,两组疗程均为1个月,治疗前后行肝脏B超及肝功能、血脂等检查。结果治疗组总有效率84.00%,对照组总有效率60.00%,两组临床疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后总胆固醇、甘油三酯、谷丙转氨酶等指标明显降低,和治疗前比较差异显著。结论去脂降酶方具有明显的降低血脂、保护肝脏的作用,且无明显的毒副作用,具有安全、可靠的疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qu Zhi Jiang Mei decoction in fatty liver.Methods 50 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups.25 cases in the control group were treated with Glycyrrhizinate capsules,the treatment group by Qu Zhi Jiang Mei decoction.Thirty days made a therapeutic course.And B ultrasonic examination,blood lipids and liver function were examined.Results The markedly effective rate of treatment group was 84 % and the control group 60 %,there was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.After completing the therapeutic course,the total cholesterol,triglyceride and cereal third transaminase of treatment group reduced obviously.Conclusions Qu Zhi Jiang Mei decoction can decrease blood lipids,protect liver.It is safe,effective and no toxic and side effect in clinical use.
