摘要
思想政治教育情境中的角色势能是指教育者和受教育者在各自的角色位置上所具有的能量以及角色间相互作用的动力。在现实的高校思想政治教育情境中角色势能缺乏,表现为教育者的教育目标、教育内容、教育方法势能不足,受教育者角色定位偏差,主体势能、选择势能、创造势能缺位。充分发挥高校思想政治教育情境中的角色势能,教育者与受教育者应明晰其角色定位,履行其角色责任。
The role potential in the context of ideological and political education is the energy of educators and educated in their respective positions and the interaction between the driving force. Lack of the role potential in the real context of ideological and political education behaved., the lack of the educator's educational objectives, content, teaching methods potential, the bias on the location of the educated and absence of subject potential, choice potential and creation potential. Recommendation for giving full play to the role potential in the context of ideological and political education is..education and the educated clarify its role and fulfill their roles and responsibilities.
