摘要
目前对道德教育者的角色定位大多承袭了在知识传授过程中的定位方式,而缺乏对其理论前提的反思。知识角度的道德教育者角色定位有可能导致教育者在道德教育中的角色错位,进而导致道德教育的错位乃至低效。庄子对道德教育者的角色分析值得我们借鉴。从道德教育过程中可能隐含的个人名利看,教育者不能以师表自我标榜;从道德教育的方法看,道德教育者不是道德管理者;同时,从已经显现出的道德教育效果看,在道德教育上不能过度依赖道德教育者,道德教育者在道德教育过程中的作用是有一定限度的。我们对道德教育者的角色重新进行定位具有重要意义。
The roles of educators in moral education now mostly inherited the way allocated in the imparting process of knowledge,but lack of the reflection of its theoretical premise. The allocation of the roles of moral educators from knowledge perspectives would probably lead to the dislocation of educators in moral education, which will lead further to the dislocation and inefficiency of the whole moral education. Therefore, Zhuangzi's analysis about the roles of moral educators could be a good reference. From his theory,educators can't take themselves as the granted instructors,as there are personal perspectives in fame and fortune, and also, they should not be the managers in moral education. Meanwhile, from the effects shown so far, there are limitations for the educators, which indicates that educators should not be relied on moral education. There are significant meanings to reposition the roles of moral educators.
