摘要
目的探讨成熟度分级在急诊护理管理中的应用与效果。方法将护士按工作能力和工作意愿等方面确定不同的成熟度,分别采取命令、说服、参与、授权等不同的领导方式。结果护理质量、患者满意度、护士自我评价和其他员工满意度均提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论评估护士的成熟度类型,采取不同的领导方式,体现个性化管理,充分调动护士的主观能动性和潜能的发挥,对提高护理管理效能具有实际意义。
Objective To explore the effects of mature grading in emergency nursing management. Methods Nursing staff were identified with different maturity types according to the working ability and willingness to work, and different leadership styles were adopted, such as .command, suasion, participation, authorization and so on. Results The quality of nursing, patients satisfaction, nurses self - evaluation and other employees satisfaction were improved after the implementation of mature grading （P 〈 O. O1 or P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion Assessment of nurses maturity types, taking different leadership and personalized management can mobilize the initiative of nurses and improve manaKement efficiency.
