临床用药护理安全管理的做法与效果

Practice and effects of drug safety management in clinical nursing

目的探讨临床用药护理安全管理的做法与效果。方法成立临床用药护理安全管理小组;查找临床护理用药安全隐患;设计并制作专门的药品管理卡;规范各类药品标识的使用;完善护理工作制度;建立临床用药护理安全持续培训制度。结果用药差错及缺陷发生率、药物过期发生率均下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论实施临床用药护理安全管理可以使临床用药护理安全得到有效保障。

Objective To discuss the practice and effects of drug safety management in clinical nursing. Methods The management measures included setting up a drug safety management group, finding out clinical drug safety problems, designing and making drug administration cards, standardizing the use of various types of drug labels,perfecting the nursing work system and establishing continuous training system of clinical safe nursing medication. Results The incidence of medication errors and defects declined, and the incidence of drug overtime declined, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The imolementation of dru~ safetv management can ensure the safetv of dmu~ for clinical nursing.
