摘要
研制了一种由环氧丙烯酸酯树脂、多元醇丙烯酸酯交联剂、光引发剂和填料等组成的紫外光固化腻子 ,在太阳光下只需 10~ 15min即可固化。探讨了树脂、交联剂及光引发剂的种类和用量对腻子光固化性能和腻子膜性能的影响。测试结果表明 ,腻子光固化性能和腻子膜性能优良。
A UV Light curing putty,which is composed of epoxy/acrylic resin,acrylic polyol crosslinker,light initiator and fillers,has been developed.It can be cured only in 10~15 min under sunlight.The influences of resin,crosslinker and light initiator varieties and amount on the UV light curing properties and putty performance were studied.It has shown that the putty has excellent UV light curing property and performance.
