原醋酸回收系统中丙酮汽提塔脱丙酮的效率很低,损失大量己烷。改造后的脱丙酮系统脱丙酮效率提高,己烷损失减少,每年节省成本40多万元,并延长了设备的寿命。介绍了丙酮汽提塔系统的工艺改造过程。
