摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定肾石通颗粒中槲皮素含量的方法。方法:采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱(200mm×4.6mm),柱温30℃,流动相为甲醇-水(50∶50),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长360nm。结果:槲皮素在0.0904~0.9040μg范围内质量与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系,平均回收率98.8%,RSD=1.71%。结论:该法灵敏、准确,可作为肾石通颗粒的质量控制方法。
To develop a method for the content determination of quercetin in Shenshitong Granules by HPLC. Methods: Chromatographic column (200 ram^4.6 mm) of octadecylsilane chemically bonded silica was used. The column temperature was at 30 ~C, the mobile phase was methanol-water (50: 50),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was at 360 nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the quality and peak area integral value in the range of 0.090 4~0.904 0 txg for quercetin. The average recovery rate was 98.8% (RSD = 1.71%). Conclusion: The method is sensitive, accurate and can be used for quality control of Shenshitong Granules.
