目的:分析2011年监测点医院抗高血压药的临床应用情况。方法:抽取2011年监测点医院有效临床用药数据,统计各地域、各省市、各品种、各制药企业抗高血压药临床用药情况。结果:不同地域、不同省市抗高血压药的应用存在一定差异,原研药仍占市场主要份额。结论:不断缩小地域间医疗配置和经济发展差距,不断提升民族企业自主研发能力等手段,是改善用药差异的必要途径。

Objective： To analyze the consumption of antihypertensive drugs in monitoring medical institutions during 2011. Methods： Effective data of clinical drug use were collected from monitoring medical institutions and the clinical applications of antihypertensive drugs in different regions and provinces in terms of varieties and pharmaceutical producers were statistically analyzed. Results： The consumptions of antihypertensive drugs in different regions or provinces varied. The originally developed new drugs still took the main market share. Conclusion： To narrow the gaps between regions in medical configuration and economic development and to raise the independence of R＆D abilities of national enterprises are the essential ways for the improvement of medication differences.
