摘要
使用Qc11和Q6块体单元,对内壁带有轴向半椭圆形裂纹的内压体筒建立了一种三维弹塑性有限元分析的模型,并实现了虚裂纹扩展法(VCE)用于计算这种三维表面裂纹的J积分。对5个这种筒体的数值计算结果说明,这种模型具有节点少、一致性好的优点;同时给出了这些内壁带有轴向半椭圆形裂纹内压筒体的J值随内径和压力变化的情况。
A 3D elastic plastic finite element method(FEM)analysis model was established for the internal pressure cylinder with the axial semi elliptical flaws on its internal wall using Q c 11 and Q 6 cubic elements,and the virtual crack extension method was used to compute the J integral of 3D surface flaws.The numerical calculation results of five cylinders show that the model had the advantages of less nodal points,good compatibility,and the condition of J value varying with the internal diameter and the pressure of the cylinder with the axial semi elliptical flaws was given.
