摘要
以间甲酚为原料 ,经溶胶 -凝胶合成、酸洗老化、超临界干燥得到有机气凝胶 ,进一步炭化得炭气凝胶。采用正交试验方法重点考察了炭化工艺条件对炭气凝胶结构和性能的影响。结果表明 :影响炭化的工艺条件顺序为 :升温速率>炭化终温>恒温时间,最佳炭化条件下制得的炭气凝胶的密度为0.389g/cm3。
Carbon aerogels were prepared from m-cresol as raw material ,by sol-gel polymerization, acid aging, supercritical point drying, carbonization. The effects of operating condition of carbonization on structure and properties of carbon aerogels are investigated by orthogonal experiment. The results show that operating condition that sequentially affected pyrolysis is heating rate, carbonization final temperation,holding time, the density of carbon aerogels is 0.389 g/cm3 under optimal operating conditions.
