摘要
采用抗氧化的基体并用磷酸无机高分子复合盐处理的方法制备了一种抗氧化炭 -石墨。参照ASTM -1179 -91测试了在空气中650℃下 ,恒温100h的氧化质量损失。其氧化行为的分析结果表明 ,这种抗氧化石墨材料在650℃下空气中氧化质量损失达5 %的时间为65h ,此时的氧化速率为4.4mg/g·h。氧化60h以后 ,氧化质量损失速率随时间的延长而迅速增加。
The carbon graphite material with oxidation resistance was prepared by combining the amelioration of the oxidation resistance of carbon graphite matrix with the impregnating treatment to the material by phosphoric acid inorganic high molecular compound.The oxidation resistance was investigated, according to ASTM-1179-91 at 650 ℃for 100 h in air.The results show that the weight loses up to 5%with the rate of 4.4 mg/g·h ,when the material was treated for 65 h at 650 ℃.After 60 h,the rate rised with the heat treatment time rising.
