摘要
介绍了用DSZ(工业废渣)、PAM、活性炭等化学处理方法 ,进行静态、动态处理淀粉废水的实验研究。其结果表明用化学絮凝、活性炭吸附的流程处理淀粉废水的方法是可行的 ;所用的DSZ为工业废渣 ,解决了DSZ的综合利用问题 ,减少了污染 ,达到以废治废的目的 ;絮凝物经压滤脱水后掺在煤中做燃料 ,无二次污染问题 ;该方法经济合理。该实验结果在某市淀粉厂实施 ,取得了较好的效果。
Chemical methods,such as DSZ (an industrial solid waste), PAM,activated carbon,etc,were used in the experiment of static and dynamic treatment of the wastewater from starch production.The result shows that it is feasible to use the process of chemical flocculation and activated carbon adsorption in the treatment of the wastewater from starch production.The use of DSZ,since it is an industrial solid waste,found out a way for the comprehensive utilization of it ,which helps minimize pollution and attain the goal of treating wastes by using wastes.The flocculated matter is dewatered by filter_press and then mixed with coal for fuel without creating the problem of second_time pollution,Therefore this method is both economic and rational.The result of the said experiment was practised at a starch plant in a city ,with good effect achieved.ChemicalTreatme
