摘要
利用深度处理后的化工生产污水作为循环冷却水的补充水 ,控制回用水的COD≤40mg/L、余氯0 05mg/L ,选用适宜的杀菌剂和缓蚀阻垢剂 ,循环水系统的腐蚀、结垢指标满足《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》的要求。
The deep_treated wastewater from chemical production was reused as make_up water for recirculating cooling water.The COD of the wastewater was controlled to be ≤ 40 mg/L and the residual chloride was controlled at 0.05% mg/L.By using proper germicide and corrosion and scale inhibitor,the figures of corrosion and scaling of the recirculating water system satisfied the requirements in the 《Design Code for the Treatment of Industrial Recirculating Cooling Water》.
