Since the quantity to be sampled in a quick determination of COD Cr is only 2.00 mL,the uniformity and typicality of the sample is very critical in case of turbid water sample containing more organic particles,otherwise big errors will be caused.It is an ideal method for uniformization to shake the sample in a water_bath supersonic device for five minutes.
