摘要
介绍了用抗静电剂硬脂酸甘油单酯 (GMS)与添加剂 A复配后 ,加入聚丙烯进行共混纺丝。熔体的流变性能良好 ,能以 2 2 0 0~ 2 80 0 m/min的速度纺制 1.11dtex的细旦抗静电聚丙烯纤维 ,纺丝温度 2 30~ 2 4 0℃ ,添加量为 0 .5%~ 0 .75%时 ,纤维的体积比电阻为 10 7~ 10 8Ω· cm,经 2 0次洗涤后仍保持在 10 8~ 10 9Ω· cm,通过红外光谱分析 ,证实了添加剂 A对 GMS在聚丙烯纤维中向纤维表面的迁移有促进作用。大大提高了聚丙烯纤维抗静电性。
The glyceryl monoester(GMS) based antistatic additive system and the high speed spinning technology for polypropylene antistatic filaments are studied.With good rheological properties,the blend of polypropylene with the above antistatic additives is spun at the temperature of 230~240℃ and the speed of 2 200~2 800 m/min,giving 1dpf multifilament after drawing.The volume resistivity of the resulting fiber which contains total amount of 0.5%~0.75% antistatic additives is at the level of 10 7~10 8 Ω·cm,and keeps at the level of 10 8~10 9 Ω·cm after being washed 20 times.It was proved by IR analysis that the incorporation of co\|additive 'A' promotes the migration of GMS to the fiber surface and improves the antistatic behavior of RP fiber.
