摘要
从原料要求、切片输送与干燥、纺丝温度、单体抽吸、侧吹风冷却、纺丝上油、导丝盘导丝和卷绕成形等几个方面对锦纶 6 HOY生产工艺进行了探讨。得出了生产 75dtex/2 4 f有光三叶锦纶 6需要稳定高质量的切片 ,纺丝速度 4 80 0 m/min,纺丝温度约 2 56℃ ,组件压力 12 .5～ 12 .7MPa,上油率 0 .9% ;同时还需要两道导丝盘与卷绕头一起组成一套张力调节机构。
The production process of nylon 6 HOY such as requirements of raw material, conveying and drying of chip, spinning temperature, monomer suction,quenching condition, the parameters of oiling, godet and take\|up was studied. The result showed that production process of 75 dtex/24 f bright trilobal nylon 6 proved satisfactory by high quality chip, spinning speed 4800 m/min, spinning temperature about 265℃, spinpack pressure 12 5~12 7 MPa and oil pick\|up 0 9%. Meanwhile, a set of regulative machine of tension composed of tow godets and winder were also required.
