五十年来我国电镀废水治理的回顾

Looking Back on the Electroplating Wastewater Treatment in the Past 50 Years Since the Founding of New China

近年来我国政府和电镀企事业单位都十分重视电镀废水治理工作 ,投入巨资治理废水取得巨大成效。但是还有极少数厂点至今排出废水仍不能达标 ,分析其原因 ,有的对废水治理的机理不甚了解 ,有的操作或投加药剂不准确 ,有的对目前化学法治理缺乏信心 ,也有的出于管理问题。综合目前存在的问题提出解决办法 ,以资提高治理水平。

It is found from the looking back on the electroplating wastewater treatment in the past 50 years since the founding of New China that our government and enterprises in the electroplating industry have been paying attention to the electroplating wastewater treatment very seriously and made huge investment for them. Great successful results have been obtained. But today, pollutant in wastewater draining from a few factories remain not to come up to the standard. Causes of this are understanding of the theory and mechanism of the treatment being not clear, operating and chemicals adding unaccuracy, or sometime problems appearing from the management and so on. In order to raise the treatment level and to promote the reaching of draining standard of electroplating wastewater quickly around the country, problems existing in present are summarized and solution methods for the problems are proposed in this paper.
