摘要
目的探讨护理干预对老年骨质疏松患者生活质量的影响。方法将120例老年骨质疏松患者随机分为对照组和干预组各60例，对照组进行常规护理和指导，干预组在常规护理和指导的基础上，同时进行认知、心理和行为的护理干预，比较两组护理干预前后的生活质量。结果干预组的生活质量明显高于对照组，P〈0．05，差异具有统计学意义。结论护理干预有效提高老年骨质疏松患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the quality of life of elderly patients with osteoporosis. Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. Each group had 60 cases. The control group received routine care and guidance and the intervention group received the nursing intervention of cognition, psy- chology and the behavior on the basis of conventional care and guidance. The quality of life of patients were compared between two groups be- fore and after intervention. Results The quality of life of patients in intervention group was obviously higher than that in the control group. Conclusions Nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of elderly patients with osteoporosis.
