护理专业学生关爱能力调查分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的了解护理专业学生关爱能力的现状。方法采用关爱能力评价量表,对江苏省5所医学院校或卫生学校422名临床实习前一学期的护生和江苏省3所医学院校附属医院117名临床实习护生的关爱能力进行问卷调查。结果护生关爱能力总评分为(182.56±19.48)分,本科护生与四川省4所本科护理院校学生的关爱能力总评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而与美国芝加哥大学药学院硕士生的关爱能力总评分比较有统计学差异(P<0.001);本科学历护生的关爱能力评分显著高于大中专护生(P<0.05);临床实习护生的关爱能力在耐心维度上评分显著高于未进入临床实习护生(P<0.01);女性护生勇气维度评分显著高于男性(P<0.05);是否独生子女的护生关爱能力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论护生关爱能力仍需提高,应从加强关爱教育和增加临床实践等方面提高其关爱能力。 Objective To investigate the caring ability of nursing students.Methods 422 nursing students who were in the semester just before clinical practice and 117 nursing students who were undertaking clinical practice were investigated by caring ability inventory(CAI).422 nursing students were from 5 medical schools or hygiene schools in Jiangsu province,117 nursing students were from 3 affiliated hospitals of medical schools in Jiangsu province.Results The total score of CAI for nursing students was(182.56±19.48).There was no significant difference between undergraduate subjects and undergraduate nursing students from Sichuan province in CAI scores.The total score of CAI for undergraduate subjects was significantly lower than the score of master students from college of pharmacy,Chicago University,USA(P0.001).The CAI score of undergraduate nursing students was significantly higher than that of tertiary and secondary school nursing students(P0.05),the score in patience dimension of nursing students who had taken clinical practice was higher than students who did not take clinical practice yet(P0.01),the score in courage dimension of female nursing students was higher than male students(P0.05).There was no significant difference between only child nursing students and not only child students in CAI score(P0.05).Conclusion The caring ability of nursing students need to improve by enhancing caring education and increasing clinical practice.
