摘要
目的探讨社区护理干预在高血压患者中的应用效果。方法将2010年1月～2011年7月,本院下辖的社区卫生服务中心所管理的社区高血压患者168例作为研究对象,随机分为实验组84例和对照组84例,对照组采用传统慢性病管理模式,实验组在此基础上给予社区护理干预,比较2组患者对高血压知识的知晓率、遵医行为、血压控制效果以及满意度。结果实验组患者对高血压知识的知晓率、遵医行为、满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组患者的血压控制效果也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对社区高血压患者实施护理干预能提高患者的满意度,提高患者对高血压知识的知晓率,提高患者的遵医行为,从而将血压控制在理想水平,对高血压的防治起着十分重要的作用。
Objective To explore the effect of community nursing intervention of patients with hypertension.Methods 168 patients with hypertension administrated by our community health service center were randomly divided into control group and intervention group.Each group had 84 patients.The patients in control group accepted classic chronic disease management,while patients in intervention group accepted further community nursing intervention,which was far more than classic management.The awareness rate of hypertension knowledge,compliance behavior,the effect of controlling blood pressure and degree of satisfaction were compared with the two groups.Results The awareness rate of hypertention knowledge,compliance behavior,the effect of controlling blood pressure and degree of satisfaction in intervention group were higher than control group.Conclusion Community nursing intervention on patients with hypertension can increase the degree of patients＇ satisfaction,increase the awareness rate of hypertension knowledge,enhance patients＇ compliance behavior,keep the blood pressure at an ideal level,and play an important role in preventing hypertension.
