摘要
总结了多元化护理模式在养老机构中的运用,包括多元化护理的运用、护理质量控制和养老机构中护理人员价值观的体现3个方面。认为通过开展多元化护理服务,能够提供高质量的老年护理服务,在养老机构中开展多元化护理服务切实可行,开辟了养老机构护理新模式。
To review the application of multiple nursing model on pension agency,the application of multiple nursing,the control of nursing quality and nursing staff＇s values reflection and so on are all included.Therefore,the application of multiple nursing model on pension agency can improve the nursing quality of the elderly.
