摘要
通过 DSC测试方法研究了 4 ,4′-二氨基二苯甲烷 (MDA)及改性物 B的含量对双马来酰亚胺 (BMI)树脂固化反应的影响。实验发现 ,随 MDA含量的增加 ,改性 BMI的固化反应温度大大降低 ;对于确定配比的 BMI/ MDA体系 ,随改性物 B含量的减少 ,其反应活性越大 ,同时对形成这一结果的原因进行了讨论。
In this paper, the effect of 4,4′ diamino diphenylmeth(MDA) and modifier B content in bismaleimide(BMI) on the cure reaction property was studied by DSC. The result showed that the cure temperature of the modified BMI decreased sharply as the MDA content incrrased. In the resin of difinity BMI/MDA ration, an increase was found as the content of modifier B decreased and the reason was discussed also.
