摘要
采用钨系双组分催化剂 WCl6/ Et2 Al Cl进行双环戊二烯开环歧化聚合反应制得交联聚双环戊二烯 ,测定了其拉伸强度、屈服强度、弯曲强度及缺口冲击强度等力学性能。用 X射线衍射法研究了聚合物的结晶性 ,采用扫描电镜研究了聚合物的缺口冲击断面、拉伸断面及脆断面的断裂形态。研究结果表明 ,开环歧化交联聚双环戊二烯是一种兼具较高模量、高冲击强度的结晶性高聚物。其拉伸曲线分析表明 ,材料是以延性方式断裂的。对于形态和断裂方式对聚合物冲击性能的影响也进行了讨论。
Polydicyclopentadiene(PDCPD) was synthesized by using a homogeneous tungsten catalytic system of WCl 6/Et 2AlCl. The tensile strength, yielding strength, flexural strength and notched impact strength of PDCPD were determined. The X ray diffraction of the synthesized polymer was explained. The impact fracture morphology and the ways of fracture of the PDCPD samples with notch were investigated with scanning electron microscope. The results show that the synthesized polymers possess both high impact strength and flexural modulus. The stress strain curve of the samples indicates that the fracture takes place in an eluctile fracture way. Effect of morphology and fracture ways on impact properties were also discussed.
