摘要
介绍了不同比例的丙烯酸酯 -丙烯酸共聚物 (AE-co-AA)与聚乙烯醇 (PVA)共混制得渗透汽化膜。实验结果表明 ,膜的溶胀量及分离性能与共聚物的交联剂用量及膜的共混比有关。当膜的共混比为 1 5∶ 85时 ,溶胀平衡量为 0 .1 1 48、醇的溶胀平衡浓度为 9.3 3 %。所制得的膜用于恒沸酒精脱水 ,在 75℃时渗透水通量大于 90 0、分离因子高达 1 80 0。通过对膜的差热和红外光谱分析 ,共混膜可能有部分相容。与 PVA/ CS膜相比较 ,本实验制得的共混膜其分离因子及渗透通量都比 PVA/ CS膜有所改善。
In this paper, polyvinyl alcohol pervaporation composite membrane blended with acrylic ester acrylic acid copolymer in different ratios was prepared. The experimental results show that the swelling quantity and characteristics of the blended membrane are related to the dose of crosslinking agent and blend ratio. When the blend ratio is 15∶85, the equilibrium swelling quantity and the ethanol concentration in membrane is 0.1148 g solution/g membrane and 9.35% respectively. At 75 ℃ of operating temperature, the permeate flux of water is more than 900 g/m 2 h and separation factor is 1800. Results of the IR spectra and DTA analysis show that the blended membrane composition may be partially compatible. Compared with PVA/CS membrane, both permeate flux and separation factor in this experiment has been improved.
