摘要
用 ATR-FT-IR和 XPS研究了聚氨酯脲以及聚二甲基硅氧烷 (PDMS)改性聚氨酯脲的表面组成和结构 ,发现与空气接触面和与模板接触面含有的 PDMS和聚四亚甲基醚 (PTMO)软段浓度远远大于其本体浓度 ,并且与空气接触面比与模板接触面含有更多的 PDMS和 PTMO段。将聚氨酯脲水合至 3个星期 ,其表面组成和氢键未发生任何变化。
The composition of polyurethaneureas modified with and without polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) was investigated using FT IR ATR and XPS. The results indicate that both the air facing and mold facing surfaces show significantly more PDMS and poly(tetramethyleneoxide)(PTMO) soft segments than the average concentration in their bulks, and the air facing surfaces contain more PDMS and PTMO segments than corresponding mold facing surfaces. Hydration in water for up to 3 weeks doesn′t result in any change in the composition of surfaces based on the relative absorbing intensities, neither in hydrogen bonding structure of the surfaces.
