凝胶结构非均匀性的静态光散射研究 被引量:5

摘要 提出了一种利用同一角度静态光散射测量来研究透明聚合物凝胶结构非均匀性的新方法 ,并以聚丙烯酰胺凝胶为例 ,研究了聚合物凝胶结构的非均匀性及交联度对凝胶结构的影响。研究结果表明 ,聚合物凝胶具有明显的非均匀性 ,且随交联度的增大 ,其结构的非均匀性聚随之增强。 In this paper, a method was proposed to stduy the inhomogeneities of transparent polymer gels based on the principle of static light scattering. Taking it as an example, the inhomogeneties of polyacrylamide gels and the effect of crosslink ratio on gel′s structure were successfully studied. The scattered light intensities from different points in one gel at one direction were measured to get the sparkles pattern and the maximum, minimum and average scattered light intensity, from which the inhomogeneities of polyacrylamide gels can be analyzed. It shows that the polyacrylamide gels are of quite inhomogeneity, which is a normal distribution and considerably enhanced with the increase of crosslink ratio. The origin of the inhomogeneity is attributed to the nonrandom distribution of polymers in the solution before gelation point.
