摘要
以廉价的氯化钡和碳酸铵为原料制备碳酸钡,研究了工艺条件对产物晶体形态及粒径的影响,制得了具有良好分散性能的片状电子级碳酸钡。与TiO_2混合后的煅烧产物 BaTiO_3粒度小,结晶性好。烧结成的电子陶瓷具有优良的电学性质。最佳合成温度303K,保温温度333K,保温时间1.5h,物料浓度0.8~1.2mol/L。
The tabular electrical grade barium carbonate is produced by BaClz and (NH4)2C():l. The effect of the process conditions on the shape and size of product is studied. The BaTiO3 is obtained by sintering BaCO3 and Ti()2,the size of BaTiO3 is small and the crystallinity is well,the electron ceramics of BaTi()3 has good electricity. The optimum reaction temperature is 303 K.the insulating temperature is 353 K, insulating time is 1. 5 h,raw material concentration is 0. 8-1. 2 mol/L.
