高导热大直径中间相沥青炭纤维的研制及结构表征 被引量:46

摘要 中间相沥青炭纤维由于其石墨晶体结构沿纤维轴高度择优取向 ,具有极高的热导率。报道了高热导石墨材料开发研究的初步结果 :用萘系中间相沥青制备了大直径 ( 1 5μm~ 2 0 μm)炭纤维 ,并用测定炭丝电阻率的方法估算其热导系数。结果表明 ,尽管炭纤维的力学性能随丝径的增大而降低 ,但其热导率却随丝径增大而升高。 Mesophase pitch based carbon fibres can have high thermal conductivity due to the highly extended graphitic crystalline structure along the fibre axis. In this paper we report preliminary results from a study designed to develop high thermal conductivity graphitic materials. Large diameter carbon filaments of 15 μm~50 μm diameters were produced from naphthalene derived mesophase pitch. The mechanical properties of carbon filaments were shown to decrease with the increase of diameters. The electrical resistivity of carbon filaments was measured to estimate the possible thermal conductivity, which suggests that the thermal conductivity of carbon filament increase as the diameter of carbon filament increases.
