摘要
采用 XRD和 TG- DTA等分析方法 ,考察了混合法制备的纯一阶、二阶、三阶和四阶 Fe Cl3- GIC在空气中和某些液体介质中的结构稳定性及其热稳定性。实验结果表明 :选择适宜的 C/Fe Cl3摩尔比 ,调节反应温度和保温时间 ,采用混合法可以制备出纯一阶到纯四阶的 Fe Cl3- GIC。上述各阶 Fe Cl3- GIC在空气中相当稳定 ,在水和酸性液体介质中的稳定性较高 ,但在碱性介质和某些有机溶剂中的稳定性较差。其热分解温度约为 330℃。
The pure stage 1, stage 2, stage 3 and stage 4 FeCl 3 GICs were prepared by mixing method, and their structural stability and thermostability were investigated both in air and in some liquid media for some time by the technique of XRD and TG DTA. The results show that FeCl 3 GIC from pure stage 1 to pure stage 4 can be prepared using mixed method under suitable C/FeCl 3 molar ratio by adjusting the reaction temperature and the soaking time. These pure stage FeCl 3 GICs are quite stable in air, higher stability in water and acid liquid media but less stability in basic liquid media and some organic solvents and their degradation temperature is about 330 ℃.
