摘要
合成了两种新型西佛碱荧光试剂 -水扬醛缩 - 4-氨替比林 ( I)和 3,5-二溴水扬醛缩 4-氨替比林 ( II)并考察了其荧光特性。实验表明合成的两种西佛碱在 450 nm~ 60 0 nm波段内可以发射强的荧光。通过对新型西佛碱荧光试剂与 C6 0 间的光化学行考察发现 ,合成的新型西佛碱荧光试剂在室温下同 C6 0 发生了强的光诱导电荷转移 ,C6 0 能有效猝灭新型西佛碱的荧光并形成基态的和激发态复合物。
Two kinds of new Shiff'base fluorimetric reagents are synthesized and the photochemical behavior of these two new fluorimetric reagents with C 60 is investigated in detail. Experiments show that both of these two kinds of Shiff'base can emit the strong fluorescence within the wavelength range of 450 nm~600 nm and the strong charge transfer of them to C 60 takes place in room temperature. C 60 can quench the fluorescence of Shiff'base efficiently. The quenching behavior mainly manifests the dynamic in the low concentration of C 60 and the static in the higher concentration of C 60 . Both the steady stated and the excited stated charge transfer complexes are formed.
