立体镜定位上颌前部骨埋伏多生牙实验研究 被引量:2

The experimental study on stereoscopic localization of supernumerary tooth in maxillary anterior region

摘要 目的探讨立体镜定位法对上颌前部骨埋伏多生牙的定位效果。方法选取由广东医学院基础学院解剖教研室提供头颅骨标本3具;同时选取2008年6月至2010年6月广东医学院附属医院口腔科收集的术后离体上颌前部骨埋伏多生牙60颗。多生牙分别模拟置于上颌前牙区的唇侧、腭侧及牙弓内,应用立体镜定位法及根尖片水平移位法定位,并对二者定位结果进行比较。结果根尖片水平移位法与立体镜定位法对上颌前部骨埋伏多生牙的定位结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论立体镜定位法与根尖片水平移位法有相近的定位效果,二者可互为补充。 Objective To investigate the experimental effect of the stereoscopic localization of supernumerary tooth in maxillary anterior region. Methods Three skull specimens were included in this study. Supernumerary teeth extracted were implanted into the maxillary anterior region. They were classified into three groups. The results of stereoscopic local- ization were compared with that of conventional parallax method statistically. Results There was no significant differ- ence between the results of stereoscopic localization and those of the horizontal parallax method for evaluating the labio- palatal position of supernumerary teeth in maxillary anterior region. Conclusion There is similar localization result of stereoscopic localization and the horizontal parallax method. The method of stereoscopic localization is a supplement for the horizontal parallax method.
