甘肃东乡族丙型肝炎患者的HCV基因分型研究

Genotyping of HCV obtained from patients with hepatitis C in Dongxiang ethnic group of Gansu

目的了解甘肃地区东乡族丙型肝炎患者的HCV基因分型特征。方法对HCV患者样本用实时荧光定量PCR进行病毒载量的确定。对病毒载量大于103的样本用多重PCR进行HCV的基因分型。结果通过对甘肃地区东乡族丙型肝炎患者的样本进行基因分型,发现该民族丙型肝炎病毒感染主要为1b型(55.1%)为主,2a(20.6%)次之,再次为1c型(13.7%)和2c型(3.4%),但未检测到3a型。结论东乡族基因分型有其显著特征,c型基因型以1c为主,国内其他地区少有报道,为临床针对不同基因型HCV感染者的治疗提供了依据。

Objective To investigate hepatitis C virus（HCV） genotype in Dongxiang nationality of GanSu. Methods Hepatitis C virus load was tested by real-time quantitative PCR. Samples of different genotypes with 〉 103 viral load were analyzed by multiplex PCR. Results Dongxiang ethnic group were mainly infected with hepatitis C virus type lb（55.1%）, followed by type 2a（20.6%）, lc（13.7%） and 2c（3.4%）. However, type3a was not identified. The type Ic（13.7%） was mainly in Dongxiang, and followed by the type 2c（3.4%）. Conclusion The type of the genes of Dongxiang Nationality has its special feature. The C genotype of this nationality is mainly 1C. Such a type has been seldom reported among HVC infected individuals in other areas of China. The experiment and the results have provided theoretical basis for the clinical care of different types of genes of HCV infected individuals
