摘要
Gd_3(So,Ga)_2Ga_3O_(12):Or^(3+)(简称GSGG:Cr^(3+))是一种性能优异的终端声于激光晶体。其晶场强度较弱,电子-声子耦合作用较强,室温下可观测到强的半宽度约为100nm的终端声子发射谱带,同时已在实验上观察到了室温下的宽带连续可调谐激光输出。自报道以来倍受人们重视。但因钪(Sc)的稀有昂贵使其应用受到局限。作者曾以离子半径与之相近的In离子替代Sc,生长出Gd_3(In,Ga)_2Ga_3O(12):Cr^(3+)(简称GIGG:Cr^(3+))单晶,其晶场强度与GSGG:Cr^(3+)相同,但斯托克斯频移及荧光带宽都明显比GSGG:Cr^(3+)小,结果不甚理想。
Spectral properties of a novel phonon-terminated laser crystal Y3(In,Ga)2 Ga3O12:Cr3+ grown by flux method are reported for the first time. The results show that the spectral properties of Y3(In, Ga)2Ga3O12:Cr3+ crystal are compatible to those of Gd3(Se, Ga)2 Ga3O12:Cr3+ ,it is a potential ambient temperature tunable laser crystal.
