供热管网保温节能检测方法及应用分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的为了能准确地掌握现场供热管道的保温热损状况,对供热管网保温节能状况进行评价.方法采用表面温度法、热流计法以及红外热像仪评估法,对供热管道的保温状况进行了现场测试.通过数据处理,对测试结果进行了分析,并通过理论推导、实际数值计算和实际检测论证了红外热像仪在供热管网保温节能检测应用中的可行性与便捷性.结果供热管道表面温度越高,热流传感器的感应热电势波动越大;地下埋管的散热对地表温度场分布产生了明显的变化,管道正上方与中心距为2 m处约有0.7℃的温差,而且地表温差呈正态分布.结论为供热管网保温节能检测提供了试验依据和技术参考,对供热管网保温效果的评价、提出改进及优化管网保温的方法、节能降耗具有指导意义. In order to accurately grasp the situation of heat insulation heat loss of the heating pipe, and assess the heat preservation and heat insulation situation for the heating network, we adopt the superficial temperature method, the heat flow meter method and infrared thermography evaluating method to conduct spot test for the heat preservation condition of the heat-supply pipeline. Through the data processing, we analyze the testing results. The theoretical derivation, actual numerical calculation and actual test demonstrate the feasibil- ity and convenience of the infrared thermography that uses in energy-saving measure for heat preservation of the heat-supply network. The higher surface temperature of heating pipe is, the bigger inducting thermoelectric potential of the heat flux sensor fluctuates. The buried pipe cooling has a significantly change to the dis- tribution of surface heat temperature field. There is about 0.7 ℃ temperature difference above the central distance of 2 m place of the pipeline, and the surface temperature difference presents normal distribution. The results can provide experimental basis and technical references for the later energy-saving measure for heat preservation of the heat-supply network, which makes guiding significance for the evaluation of the thermal insulation efficiency, putting forward methods and measures for improving and optimizing heat preservation of the heating network and saving energy and reducing consumption.
