摘要
目的研究微波场作用下的Fenton体系中不同因素对草浆造纸废水降解效果的影响,确定最佳反应条件.方法采用微波反应器,以某造纸厂经混凝处理后的草浆造纸废水为处理对象,通过试验分析H2O2投加量、n(H2O2)∶n(Fe2+)、微波功率、反应时间、反应初始pH值对微波辐射Fenton试剂法深度处理草浆造纸废水效果的影响.结果在H2O2投加量为4 mL/L、n(H2O2)∶n(Fe2+)=7、微波功率450 W、反应时间5 min、反应初始pH值为3的条件下,质量浓度为1 110 mg/L的废水COD去除率达93%,出水COD降到78 mg/L.结论微波辐射Fenton试剂法深度处理草浆造纸废水效果较好,H2O2投加量、n(H2O2)∶n(Fe2+)、微波功率、反应时间、反映初始pH值对处理效果影响较大.
The study is aimed to research the effectiveness of Microwave-Fenton treating the straw pulp papermaking wastewater under the different conditions, and determine the corresponding parameters for process. A microwave reactor is used to process the straw pulp wastewater processed by coagulation treat- ment in certain mill. H2O2 dosage, n (H2 O2 ):n (Fe^2+), microwave power, reaction time, pH to the effect of microwave radiation Fenton in the process are analyzed by experimentation. The largest removal rate of COD with the quality concentration is 1 110 mg/L could reach 93% under the optimum conditions of H2O2 dosage 4mL/L, Fe^2+ dosage 3 mL/L, the microwave power 450 W, reaction time 5 min, pH = 3, and the effluent COD was reduced to 78 mg/L. Microwave-Fenton processing straw pulp wastewater is effective, and H2O2 dosage, n( H2O2 ):n( Fe2 ), microwave power,reaction time,pH have a great impact on treatment effect.
