摘要 目的通过雕刻实验获得模型表面粗糙度随不同雕刻参数的变化规律.方法以JDEM精密型雕刻机雕刻铝合金,在不同刀具转速和不同重叠率的雕刻条件下获得了表面不同的被雕刻粗糙度及相应的雕刻时间,并对所获得的实验数据及其产生原因进行分析研究.结果当重叠率≥50%时,被雕刻表面粗糙度≤6.3μm.当重叠率≥70%时,雕刻时间明显增加.所以从雕刻效率和表面粗糙度两方面来考虑,最优重叠率应选在50%~70%之间.刀具转速越高,表面粗糙度数值越小(越光滑),重叠率在≤70%时,刀具转速的越低对雕刻时间的长短几乎没有影响.结论浮雕成型过程中关键性参数对成型质量产生影响,重叠率参数设置与表面粗糙度成反比关系,即路径重叠率越大,路径间距越小,重叠率与加工雕刻时间成正比关系,即雕刻时间越长,表面质量越光滑.这些结果在清洁环境、减少污染源的环境下高质量、高效率地加工产品模型,提供了具有实际参考价值的参数设置依据.对提高工业产品模型加工质量和效率高具有参考价值. To obtain the surface roughness change law of engraving quality for product model which varies with the different engraving parameters through experimental research. Engraving aluminium alloy with accuracy JDEM engraving machine under the condition of different overlapping and different cutter rotate speed to obtain the corresponding cutting time and surface roughness, and then analyzes the reasons of the experimental data. While the overlapping rate ≥ 50%, the roughness Ra ≤6.3 m; while the overlapping rate ≥ 70% ,the cutting time increases obviously. Consider the efficiency and the surface roughness, the best overlapping rate is from 50% to 70%. The higher the cutter rotate speed is, the less the surface roughness is. While the overlapping rate≤70% ,the cutter rotate speed has almost no influence on the cutting time. The critical parameters have an affect on the engraving quality during the processes. The overlapping rate parameters are in contrast with the roughness parameters. It means that the bigger the path overlapping is, the smal- ler the path spacing will be. The overlapping rate is in proportion to the cutting time which means that the longer the cutting takes, the smoother the surface will be. The conclusion can be the valuable reference of good quality and high efficiency of product model manufacturing.
