Electrocardiogram Analysis in 30944 Cases of Health Checkups

目的:探讨心电图对体检人群心脏健康的监察意义。方法:对以团队形式进行健康体检者的30 944份心电图按年龄及性别进行分组比较分析。结果:异常心电图的总检出率与年龄呈正相关,且有年轻化趋势,男性异常心电图检出率高于女性。结论:现代人患心血管疾病趋于年轻化,对于40岁以上人群应加强健康体检,定期比较自身心电图的变化,对预防心血管疾病有积极意义。

To investigate the value of electrocardiogram （EKG） in guiding heart health in health checkup popula- tion. Methods： We comparatively analyzed 30 944 electrocardiograms of group health checkups by age and by sex. Results： It was found that the incidence of abnormal electrocardiogram was positively correlated with age with the trend of increasing inci- dence in younger age, whereas the incidence is higher in male than female. Conclusions： It has been found that the incidence of cardiovascular diseases increased in younger age group. Regular health checkup, especially EKG changes tracking for people beyond forties, is beneficial in preventing cardiovascular diseases.
