动态浊度法检测注射用头孢替唑钠的细菌内毒素含量

Bacterial Endotoxin Test for Coftezole Sodium for Injection by Dynamic Turbidimetric Assay

目的:目的探讨注射用头孢替唑钠的细菌内毒素定量分析法。方法:用2005年版《中国药典(二部)》中的动态浊度法。结果:供试品稀释40倍可以排除干扰,回收率:50%-200%范围内,试验结果与家兔升温法的一致。结论:用动态浊度法测定头孢替唑钠注射液的细菌毒素含量准确有效。

Objective： To study the interference of Coftezole sodium for Injection in bacterial endotoxin test and to establish the assay method of bacterial endotoxin by dynamic turbidimetry. Methods：Interfering tests for bacterial endotoxin test were used according to China Pharmacopoeia（edition 2005 ）. Results：1：40 solution of Coftezole sodium for Injection showed no inference in the test,and the endotion recovery rate was more than 50% and less than 200%. Conclusion：Dynamic turbidimetric assay method can be used accurately and effectively to determine quantitively bacterial endotoxin for Coftezole sodium for Injection.
