摘要 胰岛素抵抗(IR)是产生2型糖尿病、心血管疾病、高脂血症、高尿酸血症及代谢综合症的共同病理基础。IR产生机制尚未阐明,现已证实胰岛素抵抗会伴有内皮细胞功能紊乱,血管内皮受损是微血管和大血管病变的重要因素,并且内皮损伤伴有一氧化氮合酶(NOS)功能和一氧化氮(NO)释放紊乱。本综述将讨论内皮功能障碍和胰岛素抵抗的相关病理生理学机制,并确定检查内皮细胞中NO的释放量是否能确定患者患有胰岛素抵抗及伴有并发症,为临床检验提供依据。 Insulin resistance is to produce type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hyperlipidemia, hyperurieemia and met abolic syndrome,a common pathological basis. IR generation mechanism has not been elucidated,but it is associated with in sulin resistance has been confirmed that endothelial cell dysfunction,impaired vascular endothelial microvascular and macro vascular disease is an important factor,and endothelial injury associated with disorder NOS function and NO release. This re view will discuss the endothelial dysfunction and insulin resistance in pathophysiological mechanisms, and to determine the in- speetion of NO release in endothelial cells to determine whether patients with insulin resistance and associated complications, provide the basis for clinical testing.
