缩泉丸治疗遗尿症临床应用和实验研究概况

目的:缩泉丸全方由乌药,益智仁、淮山药组成,具有温肾祛寒,缩尿止遗的功效。临床用于肾气虚寒而致的小便频数,遗尿等病症。现在缩泉丸在遗尿症、小儿遗尿症、肾虚型遗尿症等症状中得到广泛的研究和应用。临床研究和实验研究均表明缩泉丸治疗遗尿症效果显著,但是还存在一些尚未解决的问题,在今后的研究中应予以重视。
