老年咳嗽变异型哮喘临床特点和治疗探讨

Clinical Feature and Therapy of Cough Variant Asthma in Old Age

目的:探讨老年咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床特征及治疗方法,提高临床救治水平,减少误诊。方法:回顾性分析37例老年咳嗽变异型哮喘患者的临床资料,总结其临床特征及治疗效果。结果:所有患者均应用支气管扩张剂及肾上腺皮质激素治疗等联合治疗,病情在一周内均明显缓解,二周内完全治愈。结论:提高对老年咳嗽变异型哮喘认识,针对病因早期干预,以平喘药联合激素为主的综合性治疗取得较好的临床效果。

Objective：To investigate the dinical features and treatment of gerontism with cough vnriant asthma,in order to elevate treatment level and depress the clinical rmisdiagnesis. Methods： To retrospective 37 eases of old age with CAV and study its cause and clinical charaeters and therapeutic measure. Results：37 pa tients were applied bronehodilators, dexamethasone, and all pa tients with cough variantasthma condition within 7 days after treatment were significantly relieved within 2 weeks completelycured. Conclusion：We shodd be aware of this disease and it might be significant clinic effect by comprehensiveness treatment with antasthmatic and honmone on time.
