马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗轻度烧烫伤的临床观察与护理

Clinical Observation and Nursing of Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment for Treatment Mild Burns

目的:评价马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗轻度烧烫伤的疗效和安全性。方法:根据本研究的纳入与排除标准,选取轻度烧烫伤患者78例,按1∶1随机分为马应龙麝香痔疮膏组(治疗组)39例和磺胺嘧啶锌软膏组(对照组)39例,进行随机对照试验。两组病例均每日治疗1次,疗程3周。结果:对总体疗效而言,意向性分析(intention-to-treat,ITT)结果显示两组总有效率分别为87.18%、71.79%,方案数据分析(per-protocol populatipn,PP)结果显示两组总有效率分别为91.67%、81.25%,疗效差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PP分析显示治疗组对浅Ⅱ°烧烫伤的疗效和在缩短痊愈显效的时间方面均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。ITT分析与PP分析结果一致。临床观察中未发现毒副作用和不良反应。结论:马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗轻度烧烫伤安全有效。

To assess the efficacy and safety of musk hemorrhoids ointment in the treatment of mild bums. Methods：78 patients of mild bums were randomly divid ed into treatment group and control group, 39 patients in each group. The treatment group were treated with musk hemorrhoids ointment, and control group with sulfadiazine zinc ointment. 21 days later, their therapeutic effects were observed. Results： All the results were analyzed on the basis of intention to treat （ITr） and per protocol population（PP） ,the total effective rate was 87. 18% or 91.67% in the treatment group and 71.79% or 81.25% in the control group. There with a significant difference between the two groups, P 〈 0.05. ITT and PP analysis revealedsimilar results. No adverse effect was found in the observation. Conclusion：Efficacy and safety of musk hemorrhoids ointment in the treatment of mild bums.
