Cigarette procurement plan and the implementation of marketing program need the complete support of cigarette consumers information data collection and analytical system. Through the collection and analysis of information from cigarette comumers, it can forecast the method and the time of buying. In the end, it can realize the continuous optimization of cigarette sales structures and the sustained promotion of cigarette grade, the sustained stability of price and high-aualitv marketing.
