师范生免费教育教学质量学生满意度影响因素调查分析——以H师范大学为例

Influencin factors of teaching quality based on students' satisfaction on free major of education in normal university——Take H normal university for example

以H师范大学2007级的315名免费师范毕业生作为被试对象,对免费师范毕业生的教学质量满意度进行调查。研究结果表明:课程因素是影响免费师范生教学质量满意度的最重要因素;教学实习和实践、教师因素和学校设施对免费师范生的教学质量满意度也构成影响;教学管理对免费师范生教学质量满意度没有直接影响。

Focuses on an investigation on students' satisfaction for registering free major of education in normal university,relating to 315 students as subjects who are majoring in education for free in H normal university.The study showed that curriculum is the most in-fluential factor;practice of teaching and teachers and teaching infrastructure also affect the quality of teaching;there isn't significant relationship between teaching management and the quality of teaching.
