美国托利多大学工商管理专业课程设置与教学特色研究

Study on curriculum model and teaching characteristics in business administration in university of Toledo

分析了托利多大学工商管理专业课程设置所具有的通识教育基础雄厚、专业教育目标明确、课程关联相互支撑的特点。同时,通过对托利多大学教学及其资源的深入考察,得出其教学设备设施先进、教师教法各具特色、教材选择注重应用、教学资源丰富、辅助网络资源人性化等特点。最后提出了对我国普通高等院校工商管理本科专业发展的启示。

Business administration in our institutions of higher learning has great potentials for improvement.This paper analyses the characters of business administration in the university of Toledo and suggests that the characters are solid foundation of general and basic specialty education,clear objective of specialty education and mutual supportive connection between curriculums.Meanwhile,this paper proposes that the advanced teaching facilities,individual styles of teaching methodology,practice oriented textbook,extensive teaching resources and humanistic web-based assistant resources are the unique features of business administration program.Finally,several helpful enlightenments are put forward for the development of business administration program in the institutions of higher learning in China.
