帕金森病模型大鼠苍白球多巴胺D_2样受体的表达 被引量:1

EXPRESSION OF DOPAMINE-D_2-LIKE RECEPTOR IN GLOBUS PALLIDUS OF PARKINSONIAN RATS

摘要 目的观察帕金森病(PD)模型大鼠苍白球多巴胺D2样受体的表达情况。方法采用免疫组织化学染色方法,分别检测正常大鼠及6-羟基多巴胺(6-OHDA)PD模型大鼠苍白球多巴胺D2样受体的表达。结果正常大鼠、PD模型大鼠苍白球均有多巴胺D2样受体的表达,表达主要位于神经元胞浆、胞膜及神经纤维上。PD模型大鼠损毁侧苍白球多巴胺D2样受体表达明显高于损毁对侧及正常大鼠(F=3.436,q=7.561、6.262,P<0.05),而损毁对侧与正常大鼠相比无明显变化。结论 PD模型大鼠损毁侧苍白球多巴胺D2样受体表达高于正常大鼠,可能与损毁侧苍白球内多巴胺减少诱导多巴胺D2样受体代偿性上调有关。 Objective To observe the expression of dopamine-D2-like receptor in globus pallidus of Parkinson disease(PD) rats.Methods By employing immunohistochemical staining,the expression of dopamine-D2-like receptor in normal rats and 6-hydroxydopamine-lesioned PD model rats was detected.Results Positive expression of dopamine-D2-like receptor could be seen in normal and model rats,which was mainly located in cytoplasm,cellular membrane and nerve fibers of pallidal neurons.The expression of the receptor in the globus pallidus of affected side of the model rats was stronger than that of the opposite side and the normal rats(F=3.436;q=7.561,6.262;P〈0.05),and that between the opposite side of the affected side and the normal rats,no obvious changes were observed.Conclusion The expression of dopamine-D2-like receptor in affected side of PD model globus pallidus is higher than that in normal rats,which is probably related to the decrease of dopamine in damaged-side globus pallidus,inducing compensatory up-regulation of the the receptor.
