摘要
目的探讨缺血性脑血管病病人颈动脉支架植入术后长期临床结果。方法回顾性分析颈动脉狭窄的缺血性脑血管病病人192例的临床结果,其中行颈动脉支架植入术(支架组)病人102例,单纯药物干预(药物组)病人90例,比较其疗效。结果两组病人性别、年龄及高血压、糖尿病、吸烟、高脂血症例数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。支架组脑卒中及死亡联合发生率为3.92%,药物组为32.22%,两组比较差异有显著性(χ2=26.90,P<0.05)。结论颈动脉支架植入治疗颈动脉狭窄安全有效,疗效较单纯药物治疗好。
Objective To evaluate the long-term result of carotid artery stenting（CAS） in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease（ICVD）.Methods A retrospective analysis was done in 192 patients with ICVD caused by carotid artery stenosis,of whom,a CAS was implanted in 102 cases（stenting group）,drug therapy alone（drug group） given to 90 cases,the efficacy was compared.Results The differences between the two groups were not statistically significant in terms of sex,age,hypertension and diabetes（P〉0.05）.The combined incidence of stroke and death in stenting group was 3.92%,and that in drug group was 32.22%,with significant difference between them（χ2=26.90,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Carotid artery stenting is safe and effective for carotid stenosis,the therapeutic efficacy is better than drug therapy alone.
